Cajun Shrimp Po Boy Pizza

To make this Cajun Po Boy Pizza, follow the recipe link for @dennistheprescott's classic pizza recipe & use this recipe to add either fried shrimp or fried oysters.

When cooking the sauce, add some of your favorite cajun spices to his sauce recipe. We like a mix of: cayenne, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, oregano & thyme.

Add the shrimp (or oysters) & a handful of sliced iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes when you take the pizza out of the oven and serve!
