One must take advantage of the seasonal fruits, when you have too many of them and they are turning too ripe simply make compote of of them. So delicious! -
Lilbro is constipated again and he doesn't like fresh plums nor blueberries so I have made him this yummy compote and he loved it! ???.

Ingredients.
? 2 sweet apples (peeled, cored and cut into 4)
? 4-6 ripe plums (stones removed)
? a handful of blueberries .
? 1 tsp vanilla essence / powder
? 3/ 4 cup water -
Method.
Put everything in a saucepan and boil until the water bubbles then turn it down to low and let it simmer for 10-15 mins or until the apples are softish. Let it cool down and serve. Enjoy! xx .
