ingredients

  • 2 cups rice, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cups water
  • 5 links Chinese sausage, cut into thirds
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 slice of lemon, squeezed

Method

  • Step 1

    In a rice cooker, add you rice and cover with water. Add the Chinese sausages, cracked eggs, garlic cloves, Maggi sauce, and green onions. Season with black pepper, salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook according to rice cooker and season to taste once done.
