ingredients
- 2 cups rice, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups water
- 5 links Chinese sausage, cut into thirds
- 2 eggs
- 5 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Maggi sauce
- 1 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 slice of lemon, squeezed
Method
Step 1
In a rice cooker, add you rice and cover with water. Add the Chinese sausages, cracked eggs, garlic cloves, Maggi sauce, and green onions. Season with black pepper, salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook according to rice cooker and season to taste once done.
