Berry Banana Oatmeal

"Happy hump day! Enjoyed a berry-banana oatmeal bowl before heading into the hospital this morning. I'm doing my oncology rotation this week. While it can be very sad and emotional, I'm enjoying it immensely. Have a great day friends - halfway to the weekend!"

Ingredients:

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup non dairy milk or water

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional) 

1 tsp cinnamon 

For topping: Hemp seeds, banana, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, peanut butter, pepitas

Directions:

Combine oats and liquid in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until liquid is completely absorbed. 

Stir in chia seeds & cinnamon and top with favorite toppings.
