Strawberries and Cream Charlotte Cake

"This is my idea of the perfect strawberry shortcake. Cake instead of a biscuit, piled with fresh strawberries and served with barely sweetened whipped cream. The cake is a coconut milk cake flavored with almond extract and vanilla, and it’s so soft, tender and moist. I just love baking a simple cake in a fancy cake pan, like the Charlotte pan I used here, and this one is about half the size of a bundt cake, so it’s great if you don’t want too much leftover cake."
