ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Beefeater Pink
- 1 ounce Dubonnet
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 strawberry
Method
Step 1
Add strawberry to a shaking tin and muddle. Add all other ingredients add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a small collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
