ingredients
- 1 slice of gluten free bread of choice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 2 slices thinly sliced prosciutto
- 3 basil leaves, chiffonade
- honey, for drizzling to taste
Method
Step 1
Toast your bread of choice.
Step 2
Smear on the mascarpone cheese and drizzle with honey. Layer with basil, sliced prosciutto and sliced white peaches.
Step 3
Drizzle with extra honey if desired and serve.
