That yolk. That avocado. It’s everything.
Ingredients:
1 croissant
1 small avocado
1 teaspoon of lime or lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
Chili flakes to taste
1 egg
Vegetable for frying the egg

Mash the avocado with the lime juice, seas salt sea salt and chili flakes.
Heat up the oil in a small pan over medium heat. Once it's hot, fry the egg to your liking.
Spread the mashed avocado over the bottom half of the croissant, top with the fried egg. Add more chili flakes and sea salt. Enjoy!
