"One of my first recipes on my site, this low ABV Basil & Peach Aperitif is still one of my all time favorites. It features Cocchi, dry vermouth, peach, basil, pineapple gum syrup & a dash of a magical ingredient: umeboshi vinegar. The salted pickled plum vinegar adds a bit of sour & bitterness without citrus, if you can find it I would recommend playing with it in your drinks! Low ABV drinks are a great option for day drinking or when you want a few cocktails without the headache. Usually made with lower proof spirits like fortified wines, they can also feature small amounts of your favorite hard spirits."
