Blood Orange & Rosemary Spanish Gin & Tonic

For this cocktail it was suggested to use "bloomed" rosemary to add subtle floral notes to your cocktail. Chances are you won't find flowering rosemary at the grocery store or market, however if you grow your own, allow it to flower to achieve that little extra layer of flavor. Note that allowing any herb to "bloom" will change it's flavor and essence. Consider this when using the same harvested herbs in cooking.
