Champagne and Prosecco
Blackberry Prosecco With Thyme And Mint
Makes 6 cocktails
1 bottle of dry prosecco
18-20 large black berries
6 sugar cubes
4 thyme sprigs, plus 6 for garnish
18 mint leaves
1. In mixing glass, muddle together the blackberries, sugar cubes, 4 thyme sprigs and mint leaves.
2. Slowly pour about 1/4 of the bottle of prosecco into the mixing glass. Gently stir the mixture together a few times.
3. Using a strainer, pour equal amounts into 6 flutes.
4. Place a thyme sprig into each flute
5. Top off each glass with the remaining prosecco
