Fig Coconut Energy Balls

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 6 dried figs
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, divided
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed


  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients in food processor and roll into 12 balls. Roll balls in an additional 1/4 cup shredded coconut and store in freezer for snacking.
