- 1/ 2 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 6 dried figs
- 3/ 4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, divided
- 1/ 4 cup ground flax seed
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in food processor and roll into 12 balls. Roll balls in an additional 1/4 cup shredded coconut and store in freezer for snacking.
