Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili garlic sauce

Italian Sausage Vermicelli Bowl

ingredients

  • 4 Crave House Plant-Based Italian-Style Sausages
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, cut into 2" long pieces
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup julienned cucumbers
  • 8 ounces vermicelli noodles, prepared according to package

Method

  • Step 1

    First, make the Vietnamese dipping sauce. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a large skillet set over medium high heat, sear Crave House Italian sausages on all sides for a total cooking time of about 5 minutes. Cut into 1 inch thick medallions. Set aside.

  • Step 3

    Add lettuce, mint leaves, dill, carrots, and cucumbers to a bowl. Top with vermicelli noodles and Crave House Italian sausages.

  • Step 4

    Drizzle with Vietnamese dipping sauce and serve!
