INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz honey ginger syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 half white peach
cardamom sugar
seltzer water
DIRECTIONS
Muddle the peach half in a cocktail shaker, add ice and first four ingredients. Shake and pour into a tall glass rimmed with cardamom sugar (really just a simple mixture of ground cardamom and sugar). Top with seltzer water and garnish with thyme.
