Rosso Fizz

"This is a twist on a Ramos Gin Fizz that focusses on the rose flavours within the @HendricksGin. @cityalxx has adding rosewater to the mix in place of the orange blossom water to maximize that rosiness. For those who don’t know what a Ramos Gin Fizz is, it’s just a delightful creation that requires you to shake it FOR.EVER!!"

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 an ounce campari
  • 1/2 an ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 an ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounces simple syrup
  • 6 drops rosewater
  • 1 ounces 35% cream
  • 1 egg white
  • Soda


  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients less the soda to a shaker with ice. Shake until the ice completely dissolved. Place in freezer for a moment, dry shake and pour into a Collins glass. Carefully add the soda water so that the foam protrudes out of the glass.
