  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds, divided
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
  • 1/2 cup diced raw almonds, divided
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter, divided

Method

  • Step 1

    Add 2 tablespoons chia seeds into 3 small jars, then top each jar with ½ cup almond milk and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until evenly combined.

  • Step 2

    Place chia seed pudding into the refrigerator to set for at least 45 minutes, or up to 3 days.

  • Step 3

    Top with diced almonds and drizzle with almond butter before serving.
