ingredients
- 5 bananas, spotty, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Method
Step 1
Allow bananas to thaw for at least 15 minutes. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if you need to.
