- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon raspberry preserves, jam, or purée
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 Fresh basil leaves
- 1 blueberry, to garnish
Method
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, shake the gin, lemon juice, egg white, simple syrup, and raspberry.
Step 2
Pour into a glass and garnish with basil and blueberry.
