A sweet frozen treat is always a good idea when the temperatures don't seem to be dropping and you're craving something sweet! This Nice Cream is made with frozen mangos, bananas and even sneaks in a little bit of frozen cauliflower! This recipe is as simple as can be, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth!

ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango, about 1 mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- A handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Plant milk of choice
- Frozen mango, diced, for topping
- Frozen raspberries, for topping as desired
- Coconut flakes, for topping as desired
Method
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and there are no chunks of fruit. Tip: Add your liquid and bananas first and then the rest of your fruit and vegetables.
