- 1 (6 ounce) can unsweetened coconut cream
- 1/2 steamed sweet potato
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Method
Step 1
Place all of your ingredients into your Vitamix and blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Add your favorite toppings to make it aesthetically pleasing. My favorite toppings include cacao nibs, rolled oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and blueberries. Enjoy!!
