ingredients

  • 2 honey golden delicious apples
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 large lemon
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 cups water depending on your texture preference

Method

  • Step 1

    Core the apples and place in a high speed blender. Juice the lemon and add the remaining ingredients into the blender.

  • Step 2

    Blend until smooth, adding water to match your texture preference and loosen if needed.
