- 2 honey golden delicious apples
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 large lemon
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 cups water depending on your texture preference
Core the apples and place in a high speed blender. Juice the lemon and add the remaining ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth, adding water to match your texture preference and loosen if needed.
