ingredients
- 3 heads of garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bag mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
To roast the Garlic:
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Chop the tops off the garlic heads.
Step 3
Place the garlic heads on aluminum foil.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour until the garlic is soft and golden.
To make the Roasted Garlic Dip:
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
Step 2
Add half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, green onions, mayo, parsley, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Step 5
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 6
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
