Brownie Batter
ingredients
- 10 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 shot of espresso, (or 1/4 cup cold brew)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet or dark chocolate, melted
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Spiced Cheesecake Swirl
ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Prepare a 9 x 9 pan with oil spray and parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and white sugar.
Step 4
Add the coffee, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate and whisk to combine.

To this mixture, add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Fold everything together until just combined and a smooth batter forms.

Fold the chocolate chips into the brownie batter.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and spices.
