Just green on green on green, with pops of neutrals from the couscous and feta. ☆ A lot of people find singular color schemes to be difficult to shoot, but the key is unlocking all that texture to bring life to your dish. ☆ There are a lot of different-sized circles to draw the eyes, from the bowls, to the cucumbers, to the couscous, but the arugula, feta, and flaky salt provide just enough variation to keep things interesting. ☆ What do you think?
