This STRAWBERRY LEMON SORBET is the perfect summer treat ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‹ Especially because it only has 3 ingredients! You can freeze fresh strawberries but I just bought one frozen bag to make my life easier. I blended this in a food processor but you can also try a powerful blender. You can store in the freezer and let thaw before enjoying but this is the best when eaten right away ๐Ÿ˜‹

ingredients

  • 1 (one pound) bag frozen strawberries, approximately 3 cups
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Add frozen strawberries to a food processor along with fresh squeezed juice from lemons and honey and blend.

  • Step 2

    Be patient while blending, making sure to scrape the sides as you go, it can take a couple minutes to get the right consistency.

  • Step 3

    For a softer sorbet enjoy here or freeze in a container for at least an hour or two for a more sorbet texture
