Chickpea Hummus
Ingredients:
1 box @wholefoods low sodium chickpeas with juice, dump the whole box in the blender
2 tbsp. tahini
2 garlic cloves
juice from 1 lemon
Directions:
Blend in a blender until smooth & creamy. Use a spatula to move it around to help blend.
Spread on Toast & sprinkle with paprika, fresh mint, Turmeric & evoo.
