Triple Citrus Ginger Wellness Shots

This juice shot is just what you need in the morning when you feel a cold coming on! These wellness shots are made with a blend of grapefruit, cara cara oranges, lemons, fresh ginger and cayenne for a little heat! 

This recipe makes three cups! 


Prep time 10mins


  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 lemons
  • 5 cara cara oranges, or any other sweet citrus of choice
  • 2 inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1/ 8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste


  • Step 1

    Juice and strain citrus. Add Ginger, cayenne and stir to combine. Reserve in a jar for up to 5 days.
