ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 slices banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2

    In a medium-size bowl, put 2/3 of a cup of whole wheat flour, ½ cup of quick oats and ½ cup of coconut brown sugar.

  • Step 3

    Then, put 1 egg in the bowl. You can mix it in a separate bowl then add it to the medium bowl or just put the egg in the mixture and mix it later.

  • Step 4

    Add 1 tablespoon of honey and. ¼ teaspoon of salt.

  • Step 5

    Mashup 1 banana and a half in a container and add it into the mixing bowl. Add ½ cup of almonds as well.

  • Step 6

    Once you have gathered all the ingredients in the bowl, you want to mix everything together until it is well blended into a thick paste.

  • Step 7

    Grease muffin pan or use muffin liners. Fill each muffin space with more than half of the mixture.

  • Step 8

    Now it is time for them to cook. Put the muffins in the oven for about 30-45 minutes or until they darken.
