Ingredients:
Savory Pie Dough or puff pastry (homemade or store bought)
Parmesan Cheese
Heirloom Tomatos
Goat Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Roll out savory pie dough; top with got cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
Pile on the tomatoes & fold galette edges over the tomatoes -brush with egg wash and sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Bake at 400°F for 30 - 35 mins -Top with basil and enjoy!
