Classic Dutch Baby

Ingredients

1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
4 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
Creme fraiche, powdered sugar and berries, for toppings

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Warm a 12” cast iron pan in the oven as it pre-heats.

Add milk, eggs, vanilla, lemon, sugar, salt and flour to a blender and mix well. Add melted butter and batter to the skillet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven, top with creme fraiche, powdered sugar and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
