ingredients
- 1 package gluten free tortillas
- sea salt, to taste
- extra virgin olive oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Step 2
Unpack the tortillas. On a cutting board, stack the tortillas and with a pizza slicer then cut the tortillas in 8 different triangle shapes. It’s best if they’re all equal-sized pieces.
Step 3
Take two long oven sheets and drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil.
Step 4
Sprinkle sea salt on the baking sheet.
Step 5
Spread out the tortilla slices onto the two sheets in a single layer.
Step 6
On top of the slices, drizzle extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt. Bake for 8 minutes, then turn the baking sheets around and bake for another 8 minutes.
Step 7
Once done, serve with a fresh dip, salsa, guac or snack on them plain!
