ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk, or of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 teaspoon apple pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom, ginger)

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel two apples and remove the seeds. Slice the apples into pieces.

  • Step 2

    In a blender, along with the apples, put 1 large frozen banana, 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/3 teaspoons apple pie spice.

  • Step 3

    Blend until smooth. If your blender has a smoothie setting, this would be the best option.
