ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk, or of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 teaspoon apple pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom, ginger)
Method
Step 1
Peel two apples and remove the seeds. Slice the apples into pieces.
Step 2
In a blender, along with the apples, put 1 large frozen banana, 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/3 teaspoons apple pie spice.
Step 3
Blend until smooth. If your blender has a smoothie setting, this would be the best option.
