ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons edible lavender
- Coffee or espresso of choice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
Method
Step 1
In a large pot over medium heat, combine sugar, 2 cups water, and lavender. Bring to a boil and then turn the heat on low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. The water should turn brown. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool. Once cool, strain the lavender out and place syrup into a container or jar.
Step 2
Prepare your coffee/espresso of choice.
Step 3
Heat milk of choice, then use a frothing device to create a foam.
Step 4
Add about a teaspoon of lavender syrup to a mug, then pour in coffee and frothed milk. Enjoy!
