Mango, Chia And Kiwi Popsicles
"Hey friends! I just wanted to thank you for your support and understanding, you are the best really! Also wanted to wish you a very happy weekend, mine is gonna be definitely great as my daughter is having a recital in her ballet school tomorrow, I'm sure I will have tears all over my face as usual. Remember the parfait I've made recently? I decided to make the same Popsicles: chia + mango + kiwi !"

Chia Layer:
3 cups almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
Maple syrup, to taste, optional

Mango Layer:
2 cups blended mango chunks
1.5 cups coconut water

Kiwi Layer:
3 blended kiwis
1 cup coconut water

Blend each layer separately, starting with the kiwi. Divide it among your popsicle molds and freeze for about 30 minutes. 

Repeat with mango layer, and set in freezer for 30 minutes. 

Finish with chia layer and add popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.
