Grilled Peaches Salad with Burrata

  • Arugula
  • 2 peaches
  • BelGioioso Burrata, cut in pieces
  • 2 tablespoon crushed almonds
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Step 1

    Cut the peaches in wedges and grill on high until golden brown and cooked through (about 7-10 minutes). Arrange arugula on a large plate, top with grilled peaches, burrata pieces and almonds. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil and honey, spread over the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. That's it! In like 10 minutes you get a great Italian summer salad that I am sure every member of your family will enjoy. Have a great rest of the summer!
