For the Bruschetta
ingredients
- Tuna steak
- Baby arugula
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup tree colored sesame seeds
- Leek
- Bread loaf
- Olive oil
- Salt
For the Sauce
ingredients
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/8 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1 teaspoon chives
Method
Step 1
Roll the tuna steak in sesame seeds and fry in a pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Step 2
Immediately after frying, cut into slices.
Step 3
Country Bread fry in a pan with olive oil.
Step 4
Deep fry the leek until golden brown.
Step 5
Cut the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds.
Step 6
Put arugula, avocado, leek on toast, then tuna slices and pour sauce on top.
