ingredients
- 120 grams spelt flour
- 25 grams cocoa
- 30 grams margarine
- 300 milliliter almond milk
Method
Step 1
Mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa and pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add the eggs, one at the time. Then add the melted margarine and mix.
Step 3
Add the warm milk and mix until everything is well combined. Cook your crepes in a pan and enjoy them warm, with melted chocolate and cooked pear to make it more fruity ; )
