ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella®
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine Nutella, almond flour and egg.
Step 3
Use a small cookie scoop to scoop dough into even sized balls about 2 Tbsp each. Place each cookie on the baking sheet spaced 2 inches apart.
Step 4
Spray the back of a fork with spray oil. Carefully press the fork into each cookie to make a crosshatch pattern.
Step 5
Place the cooking into the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cool to the touch serve warm or at room temperature.
