Toast Points with Caviar

  • 3 slices bread
  • 2 ounce caviar
  • 1 tabelspoons cumin
  • 12 ounce Creme Fraiche
  • 1 ounce dill
  • Salt to taste


  • Step 1

    Cut crusts off the bread and cut into 4 triangles. Toast bread until crispy

  • Step 2

    Toast bread until crispy

  • Step 3

    Mix salt, creme fraiche, and cumin until well mixed.

  • Step 4

    Spread one ounce of the creme fraiche mixture over each of the toast points

  • Step 5

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of caviar to each toast

  • Step 6

    Top each with dill.
