  • 2 lobster tails
  • 3 tabelspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tabelspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoo dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoo dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoo dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoo dried basil
  • 1 teaspoo onion powder
  • 5 tabelspoons melted butter

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2

    Using a sharp knife, cut the lobster tail in half and set aside.

  • Step 3

    In a bowl, mix all other ingredients.

  • Step 4

    Place the lobster tails in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Step 5

    Add the cheese-garlic-herbs-butter mixture on top of the lobster meat.

  • Step 6

    Bake the lobster for 15 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Serve and top with fresh parsley or coriander.
