Healthy Dessert Pizza With Apples

Recipe Card


  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Tortilla bread
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla casein protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Philadelphia light or low fat creme fraice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (as much as you want)
  • 1 teaspoon Sukrin gold (brown sweetener)
  • 3 Werters creamy toffee sugar free
  • Almond Butter (as much as you want)


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 225°C (437°F)

  • Step 2

    Place tortilla on a baking sheet.

  • Step 3

    In a bowl, mix together casein and a low fat creme fraice until smooth. Spread the batter on the tortilla.

  • Step 4

    Cut an apple into thin slices and start laying out the apple slices along the edge of the tortilla to work your way inwards

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle cinnamon and sukrin gold on top and bake the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.

  • Step 6

    When the pizza is taken out of the oven, melt Werters original in a saucepan or in the microwave. Pour it over your pizza. Finish with a few clicks of almond butter before serving.
