ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tortilla bread
- 1/4 cup Vanilla casein protein powder
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia light or low fat creme fraice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (as much as you want)
- 1 teaspoon Sukrin gold (brown sweetener)
- 3 Werters creamy toffee sugar free
- Almond Butter (as much as you want)
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 225°C (437°F)
Step 2
Place tortilla on a baking sheet.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together casein and a low fat creme fraice until smooth. Spread the batter on the tortilla.
Step 4
Cut an apple into thin slices and start laying out the apple slices along the edge of the tortilla to work your way inwards
Step 5
Sprinkle cinnamon and sukrin gold on top and bake the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
When the pizza is taken out of the oven, melt Werters original in a saucepan or in the microwave. Pour it over your pizza. Finish with a few clicks of almond butter before serving.
