ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil, optional
- 1/2 cup peperoncini peppers, to taste
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
- 8 oz turkey, chopped
- 8 oz ham, chopped
- 6 salami, chopped
- 4 oz provolone cheese, cubed
- 4 mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked pasta, of choice
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine your mayo, red wine vinegar, garlic, seasonings, olive oil, peperoncini peppers, and parmesan. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Add in the remainder of your ingredients and toss to combine. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and black pepper.
