"If you don't need extra napkins you're eating it wrong ??✌ We've been blown away with everyone's cauliflower creations for the #creativecaulicomp ... so much we were inspired to do a little cauliflower magic ourselves ✨? Introducing our Bunny Burger ?? Cauliflower, chikpeas, with baby arugula, vine ripe tomato, hass avocado, and pan seared red onions all stacked between whole wheat buns and finished with Spicy Mayo ?? #threebunnies ??? For the patty 1 cup of cauliflower (about 1/2 head) 1/2 tsp of thyme 2 cloves of garlic (chopped) 1 1/3 cup of chickpeas 3/8 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp of pepper 1/4 tsp of cumin 3/8 tsp of paprika 1/2 tsp of lemon juice 1/2 tsp of onion powder 1 1/4 tsp of soy sauce 2 tsp of chopped parsley 1/2 tsp of garlic powder 1 flax egg (1 tbs of ground flax seeds soaked in 3 tbs of water for 15 min) Directions 1. In food processor take cauliflower and blend until rice like pellets form. 2. In a small pot, on medium low heat, add cauliflower, thyme, garlic cloves, and just enough water to cover and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Using a cheese cloth, drain and squeeze out cauliflower. 4. In a large bowl mush chickpeas with a fork, add cauli rice, seasonings & herbs and mix well. 5. Mix in flax egg 6. Form patties and put in oven for about 10 minutes at 375 F and that's it for the patty ✌️? For Spicy Mayo 3 tbs of mayo (we used @hamptoncreek's magical #justmayo) 1 1/2 tsp of stone ground mustard 1/ 8 tsp of cayenne pepper 1 tsp of lime juice Directions In a small bowl mix all ingredients Add your arugula on to bun, add patty, veggies, and sauce and bite into heaven ?????"

Burgers are a family favorite! You can vary up your family burger meals by combining different vegetables and legumes for the patty. This one is a healthy one with cauliflower and chickpeas.
RECIPE:

For the patty
1 cup of cauliflower (about 1/2 head)
1/2 tsp of thyme
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 1/3 cup of chickpeas
3/8 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp of cumin
3/8 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1 1/4 tsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of chopped parsley 
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 flax egg (1 tbs of ground flax seeds soaked in 3 tbs of water for 15 min)

3 tbs of vegan mayo
1 1/2 tsp of stone ground mustard 
1/ 8 tsp of cayenne pepper 
1 tsp of lime juice 

Directions
In a small bowl mix all ingredients 
Add your baby arugula, patty, tomatoes, avocado, pan seared red onions and spicy mayo sauce on to bun, and bite into heaven.
