"Did you know consuming the same foods daily can lead to an increase in sensitivity to those foods? I personally have had issues with almonds and cashews and know it's because a day didn't go but that I was not adding almond or cashew milk to my coffee or a smoothie. So, I try to mix my dairy free milk options up a bit each week. If it's a nut or a seed you can pretty much make milk out of it! Have you tried Brazil nut milk? It's one of my favorites because it is super creamy and has a mild flavor. Brazil nuts are a great option because they contain selenium which is an antioxidant that promotes a strong immune system and may even support healthy thyroid function. "
