Today I present you Twix bars without inflammatory ingredients, that are plant- based, vegan, gluten- free and refined sugar free! Will blow your mind πππ

Base Layer
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/8 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Caramel Filling
ingredients
- 1/3 cup hazelnut butter or nut butter of choice
- 1/6 cup maple syrup
- 2 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Topping
ingredients
- Melted chocolate
Method
Step 1
Combine almond flour and maple syrup then add cooled melted coconut oil and mix to form dough. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min or until edges slightly golden then cool off.
Step 2
In a small pan combine caramel layer ingredients and bring it to boil. Lower the heat to low boil and let it bubble for 6-7 min. Pour onto the first layer and let is set in the fridge for 1h or so.
Step 3
Melt your chocolate of choice with a bit of coconut oil (I suggest clean chocolate made of cacao, cacao butter and coconut sugar) and pour over then let it set in the fridge.
