Whipped Feta

  • 2 cups feta cheese, broken into large pieces
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup La Tourangelle Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh bread, crackers, pita, or cut vegetables, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle La Tourangelle Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    In a food processor combine all ingredients for the whipped feta dip. Puree until smooth, transfer to a bowl.

  • Step 3

    Serve whipped feta with roasted tomatoes, fresh bread, crackers, pita, or vegetables.

  • Step 4

    Make ahead: Whipped feta and tomatoes can be prepared a couple days ahead. Refrigerate and bring it room temperature before serving.
