Recipe Description
Berry Cobbler is a beloved American dessert that originated in the early days of colonial America. It was a way for settlers to enjoy sweet fruit desserts using basic ingredients they had on hand. The dish typically consists of a fruit filling topped with a biscuit-like crust that bakes into a golden, crispy topping.
The mascarpone cream adds a luxurious touch to this humble dessert. Mascarpone cheese is a rich, creamy cheese that originated in Italy. It has a delicate flavor that pairs beautifully with the vibrant flavors of the berries. The addition of condensed milk and heavy whipping cream creates a light and airy texture that melts in your mouth.
