  • Step 1

    Let the Frozen Cauliflower Rice Blend thaw for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400˚F. Combine chia seeds and water and let sit for about 10 minutes, or until thickened.

  • Step 2

    Place raw cauliflower rice blend in a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much water as you can. If you don’t have a cheesecloth you can also use a dish towel.

  • Step 3

    Transfer cauliflower rice blend into a large mixing bowl. Add in oregano, garlic, and chia mixture. Mix well.

  • Step 4

    Shape into small balls (about the size of a golf ball). Mix the panko with the nutritional yeast and coat each ball in the mixture.

  • Step 5

    Spray pan with non-stick spray. Place balls on pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Serve hot with marinara sauce, if desired.
