ingredients
- 2 medium beets, cooked
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/3 cup canned chickpeas
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste, if needed
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick adjust the consistency with a little bit of water or olive oil.
Step 2
Once prepared, serve with toast, cucumbers, feta and any fresh herbs you have on hand! Enjoy
