ingredients

  • 1 package brioche dinner rolls
  • 1 pound carve cut deli oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 1/2 pound carve cut deli honey glaze ham
  • 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375°F

  • Step 2

    Carefully slice the dinner rolls in half.

  • Step 3

    Evenly distribute the turkey and ham on the bottom half of the rolls. Add part-skim mozzarella.

  • Step 4

    Spread cranberry sauce on the top half of the rolls. Place the top half over the bottom half.

  • Step 5

    Spray the tops of the rolls with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

  • Step 6

    Bake for 18 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Once done, sprinkle dried parsley on top before serving.
